The flavor is mild and pleasant to relax with It’s certainly fresh and pretty blue. Although i haven’t made it a habit of nightly use, its soothing And mildly flavored. I enjoy it!
Wow! What a cool color! This tastes so good with a little honey and lemon. Beautiful deep blush purple color. Has been known to help fight cognitive decline.
