   I was influenced by all of the reviews about how great it tastes. Then I tried to drink it hot. YUCK! it stinks. I added manuka honey and it got worse. So I put it in the refrigerator overnight. That’s the ticket. Ice cold kills the bad smell and it tastes great. I’m gonna make iced tea every night and enjoy it the next day. This is as good as any flavored iced tea.

Taste is delicious, slightly sweet on the first steep, and one bag with 1 tsp loose leaf lasts me the whole day. I put it in 1L hydro flask bottle- I refill with hot water 2-3 times

   Mild nice flavor.

   Good freshness. A very mild but nice flavor. Slightly on a naturally sweet side. No additives.The reason for one star less is because this tea has a drying effect in the throat. I had to drink several cups of water after the tea. Maybe a Chinese medicine doctor recommended that?But overall it supposed to be a powerful anti-aging tea. So I will continue to drink it in moderation. Maybe I’ll try it more diluted.

   high quality, delicious tea

   I have been purchasing this tea regularly recently and find it to be of high quality and very tasty. I find it great to have first thing in the morning to attain a mental and physical lift to help take on the day.I brew it by adding a teaspoon of tea to a porcelain houhin, which holds about 6 oz of water. I pour the boiled water first into the teacup, then into the houhin, as this brings the temperature down to the recommended brew temp of around 175-180 degrees, and it also warms the teacup. I let it steep for 5 minutes. For the second and third steeps I let it steep 10 and 20 minutes respectively. One can adjust the water temp and steep times to taste.I prefer a houhin as it allows the tea leaves to fully open while steeping, resulting in a deeper more complex cup of tea. Enjoy!

   Good taste and aroma

   This is the first gynostemma product that I have tried. So, I can’t compare it to others. But to me, this tea is good. However, many of my buds say that my taste buds are skewed as I seldom think anything is bitter and most things are too sweet to me. I taste a mild sweetness in this tea which is fine. I like the taste and the aroma.I drink a cup from fresh leaves every morning and then, I use those same leaves (with a longer steep time) in the evening. And, I sometimes have an extra cup in the afternoon. As far as the health benefits, I can’t say that I feel / see any positive impact yet – but no negative impacts either. I have my fingers crossed that long term this will improve my health.
