A wonderful tea to drink at any time of day. It contains no caffeine and has a pleasant mild flavor. I enjoy adding honey to my tea. I had a cough before and was taking plantain tea to help suppress it. The tea bags are made of corn fiber and are packaged in a resealable bag. I like that a bamboo tong is included in the bag so that you can remove a tea bag with the tong. When I first made the tea, the hot water caused the tea bag to open, spilling all of the herbs into my mug.
