True and fresh flavor for Thai dishes. Fresh and added a richness to our Thai Black Rice Pudding. Steeping the leaves in boiling water used for the recipe and straining them out worked perfectly.
Seems high quality Used to make a pandan cake for a neighbors birthday. tasted great to me! Had to use a lot more coconut milk to thin out and get more flavor
