I’m not tea expert so can stay what the actual quality is. It smells good. I was expecting a stronger scent but it’s cool for that. This is supposed to be good herbal tea for calm I need to use it more I’ve used it a few times but lost my tea balls. Will be drinking daily in the morning to cut back caffeine.
