Yes it’s bitter but what I do is open the tea bag, use only half of the content each time, then also add mint tea combined with it. This was in the beginning. Now i have no problem using the whole content of the tea bag and just add mint tea with it.It’s actually calming and refreshing, in my opinion. I re-ordered a few times. I gave 4 stars just because of the price. I wish it’s more affordable so more people can benefit from it.
