I’ve never cooked with curry leaves before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I do really like these! They add a nice taste and texture to whatever I’ve added them to. I do not find them overly strong or overpowering, so feel free to add them to just about anything. They are very good with beans and with other vegetable dishes and sauces. They arrived in fresh, well-packaged condition, and they give you a generous amount of product. I would buy these again.
